Rom the Space Knight vs. Juggernaut

Can Rom access the right technology ftw?

you know, it would be fun to see the neutralizer against jugg's ff. that weapon was very haxx when needed and is very effective against magic.

Does it work like TP?

the neutralizer? no. it's an energy weapon that neutralizes all types of energy. when it needs to lol
