Morlun. Carnage lacks the powers to put him down , so unless he finds a means of flooding the area with radiation, Morlun should eventually win.

Carnage could always mind control him a la Cap America/Logan etc.

Mind you, then Morlun could drain him.....but I don't think he'd be able to if under mindcontrol.

Inheritors can't drain symbiotes.

Can Morlun be mind controlled? He has face telepaths and magical assault but was it ever stated that he was vulnerable to this form of attack? Carnage Symbiote or not hasn’t much chance of actually controlling Morlun. Even Doctor Strange couldn’t detect any weaknesses in him that he could exploit. I have strong doubts.

Correction he never faced off against telepaths explicitly unless you count Dr. Strange and what he said about Morlun.
