What if Asgard had listened to Hela?

So they didn't have to go through a bloody civil war before Thanos came.

They also got a gem, Thanos only got the power gem as well.

And remember they got the secret weapon-Surtur. As long as they can lure/space stone teleport Thanos to Asgard, it can wipe him out

With elements like Surtur, the Space Stone, and Asgard's magical and military arsenal, this realm could be a real challenge for Thanos.

Right?? They really had it easier in some ways. No internal drama like Civil War tearing them apart. And yeah, they were sitting on a whole Infinity Stone and had Surtur in their back pocket. If they just teamed up smart and used the Space Stone to yeet Thanos to Asgard right when Surtur was doing his fiery rampage… game over, man. No snap, no dusting. Just crispy Thanos. 😅

Hela representsconquest and death. Even IF her military strength could have been used to resist Thanos, her vision for Asgard is morally opposite to the arc the narrative is trying to complete in Thor Rag
