Only Eson The Searcher showed enough control over the Poeer Gem to destroy planetary sized areas. Even if Asgard is more like a big continent, still doubt Grimace can do it.

You doubt Thanos could do it? Something Ronan was going to do.
Nothing hinted he wasn't capable of it, and he did easily destroy a moon with it.

You're kidding right? You realize he wasn't seriously fighting them right? You're aware he blasted Drax, starlord and co with Power stone too? Maybe not as hard as IM but you get the point.
If Thanos wants to end this team including Asgard, he'd destroy them with the exception of maybe Sutur as I have no idea how powerful he is. Did he survive Asgard's destruction?
For now I'm leaning towards Thanos though.

The power stone, and then used the Space stone to hurl the debris at IM.

If Thanos isn't being an idiot (which he was in virtually every display of power he presented in the two films he is in), then he should sweep UNLESS the Loki in this battle is the "omnipotent Multiversal God of Stories" that he is implied to be at the end of his series. IDK what he plans to do with the space gem except for BFR Thanos, teleport one of his teammates behind Thanos for a stab in the back, or use the Sorcerer's Sling Ring tactic of using portals to dismember Thanos (presumably chopping off his Gauntlet hand)
