Orion vs Zod (pure brawl)

I want to give it to Zod. But even fight, all the same, so I would say Orion would win too.

Zod with his speed/HV and damage soak, and Orion with his I actually can see someone pulling out a showing I am unaware of.

So you’d give each an equal chance of pulling off a KO? Is t Zod more durable?

i'd take orion. when it comes to damage soak orion is difficult to top. in this kind of battle we could see him fully let loose-go all "red orion" with his red eyes and true appearance.

Him fighting with half his head missing, boomerangs sticking out of his brain, getting stabbed by magic swords all at the same time is a difficult showing for me to ignore.

Yeah, agreed. Orion and Thor have that in common. They tend to portray them with massive amounts of damage soak capability. Hulk and Lobo lead the pack though.

I’m gaining more respect for the Orion character. He’s had a power creep over time, but then again they all seem to have.

Well Zod has the durability AND damage soak here.

If i wrote those words, what would it mean to you? So again, how would this fight not end IMMEDIATELY given Zod speed advantage? The speed you tend to use against non-DC characters.

Knowing Orion (which I don't), I left an out for me in case there was an Orion showing out there that I didn't know about which might tip it in his favour.

But if there wasn't a showing, Zod would win it. Based on his SPEED

Yup, exactly. I thought Abhi or some Orion fan would chime in with a way Orion could deal with the speed, but since no one has shown how Orion could deal with the speed that Zod has, then he loses.

Is that clear enough for you? Do you need your hand held any more, spoon fed any more? I honestly didn't think all this needed spelling out, but apparently, you're the original dummy thick.

You just didn't want to say Orion gets his brains spewed by Zod easily. Add Gladiator, Wonder Woman, Sentry, Hyperion, and even Spectrum to the list of people that would treat Orion like fodder due to speed. Thanks for the response though. Zod 10/10

Black Adam, Captain Marvel, Martian Manhunter, Captain Atom, and Ultraman would also fodder him.
