For someone who is supposedly PC level, Gladiator sure isn't all that....

Also, he can die. He just gets back through the Green Door. As per OP, dying once = a win.

Pre Crisis levels are all over the place. Where do we draw the line called median? No idea right? My point exactly. Gladiator has Pre Crisis level DC comic feats, like punching entire planets to rubble, but that doesn’t stop him from possibly being defeated. This DC team isn’t some insurmountable challenge that an immortal character that has exponential strength and innate power boosts that would allow them to win more often than not. It’s just a matter of time.

Or, how do they put him down without BFR as an option? He will without fail continue getting up and eventually start hitting them with attacks that begin to sting with no known canonical limit to those exponential growth sessions. That is me giving my honest opinion without bias.

The more hurt he puts on them the less their attacks would eventually harm him. He gets tougher as well. This is a bad match up for most characters due to that Green Door and Hulks new cosmological scaling.

BFR is honestly the best way for a Kryptonian to be rid of this Hulk, because this Hulk could fight Doomsday until the ends of eternity and come out looking dominant. That’s immortality, it’s the cheat code.

Hmmm, this is an example of someone who doesn’t understand that the Hulk is immune to death. He can still be defeated by several different things but the Super team was robbed of their only way to actually win. They have no other tools in their bag to actually put him down. Meanwhile he’s growing tougher and stronger by the second. He begins healing so fast that he never has time to be injured. This is what they would eventually be moving towards.

They closed the Green Door. He isn't immortal. What happened during the Immortal Hulk run is that he CAN be killed - he isn't immune to death. He was, however, immune to permanent death, which is something different.

Whilst the Green Door was still working, all it means was that gamma mutates could die, but they will just come back eventually (like She-Hulk after Thanos killed her). But she still died.
