Just like why is Rune King Thor in the Sky Father tier when he is clearly a High Abstract? Most Cosmics couldn’t even hit him as he transcended the laws of the physical universe. Mods should most definitely place him much higher, as he makes Odin look like Superman makes Jimmy Olsen look… huge gap in power! Pay attention to the story, not your gut feeling. Omniscience is your first clue.
