They had big problems with EP1, because we actually dont have words in Norwegian that will combine phantom and menace. So if I`m translating the Norwegian title back to English, the correct thing would be: Episode1 Hidden Treath!

And they say I talk gibberish. 😂

Skjult Trussel. That is an excellent name. A SW character could have that name.

Yeah, it does look more like a chracter. But then some of the chracter names don't seem to fit after various translations. Just the way of the world I guess.

So what's the translation in Dutch?..

ANH : Pretty Tulips
ESB : The wooden shoes kick your butt
ROTJ : The windmill spins fast
TPM : There's a hole in the dike again

Well, they use the english names for everything here. The translation for Star Wars would be: Sterrenoorlog. ANH never had that name as regular title, but I guess it would be translated literally.
Here goes:

ANH: Een nieuwe hoop
ESB: Het Rijk slaat terug
ROTJ: De Terugkeer van de Jedi
TPM: .... (I have no idea, no one has tried to translate this properly, if I would do it, it would be awful and silly)
