internet speeds

im still living in the 56k days..just dont have the money to get DSL or Cable Modem...what does everybody else have...please tell me im not the only one with 56k.... 🙁

i'm 56k also. but not even...my transfer rate is a constant 1.5kbs 😉 trust me.....you're not the worst. DOn't think they have cable network to where i live. oh well..

For what service? Like downloads and time?I pay 35€ a month for 24/7. with 1gb international and 20gb national downloads. and aditional costs are 1€ per 100mb.

For most of my time here I have struggled with a rubbishy modem but a month and a half ago I finally got a basic broadband connection... 512/k down and 256k up... there is faster around, but it is just SO much better than the phone modems of doom!

2Mb ADSL here. Costing me around £80pm.
