Orlando's role in LOTR was briliantly cast. Bloom has more poise than most action stars. His accent was good, because its real. He had few lines but when he spoke all the wind blew and the angels sang. j/k

I'm glad they got a fresh face for the part, right out of acting school. Its been a great ride Bloom...thanks for your dedication to the film, and for the gift you gave all of us.
But why can't you die?
Your too powerfull...don't get me wrong I don't WANT you to die, but how do you always stay alive?...is it magical powers? elvish charm? You never miss an arrow, You never get a scratch on you, and your hair is always gorgeous. How do you do it?
I'd love to know your secret...Haldir got all messy and bloody(great stuff) Arwen got that scratch on her cheek...(sexy stuff)but Orlando...not a scratch or sign of blood or anything...He's too good...but It provides that balance in the fellowship that continues thru the other 2 films...Orlando must have a weakness...
But I have yet to find it...

yeah I saw that...😛 but it might have been dirt. And that would mean, at the VERY least, he got dirty fighting.
