How do the understudy etc. work? How many posts do you need for each one?

It's all on the news & Questions page, but yes, I have over 100 posts, and even though I joined today, I have 4 green lines, and I should be a Forum Junkie by now.

the titles mean absolutely nothing, you don't get any special things when reaching a rank or something...
