i love all the books but i cant chose wich 1 i like better the 4th or 5th n ya there wherein muggle clothes in the trailer n like ok that totaly runies the world of hp....... wtf

but what type of muggle clothes? any scenes where they wear white button up shirts and ties means they probably took off their robes. If you watch the movies (1 & 2) you'll see that they wear button up shirts and ties under their hogwarts robes. Maybe they take them off for whatever they are doing in that class. We've only seen one 1 1/2 minute trailer...i think it's a bit early to assume they aren't going to be wearing their robes.

i mean in POA not just in da trailer but in da pics of dem while dey were filmin n stuff!

It doesn't say in the book what they wear under thier hogwarts robes so maybe the new director thought this would be better but its stupid to change it half way thru. It should be one or the other

well, I assume Hogwarts is the same as any other british boarding school... you only have to wear uniform during school hours... and their confrontation with black takes place AFTER school... where they would be allowed to wear their own clothes...

i thought it was silly in the 1st 2 how they were always in there school robes and unifrom EVEN AT DIAGON ALLEY. They should have done it this way from the beginning but i suppose it isn't the new directors fault

Excellent point Phoe and you too Luna. IMO everyone is getting too into the information that we have about the new movie. If i learned anything growing up, it's never to expectsomething to be a certain way, because 98% of the time you're going to be let down. I'm sure the clothing is going to be of little importance in this new movie.

umm i herd theres a new director n i think they wear muggle clothes but they wear the robes over them, i wish it would come out sooner cant wait

I liked this book...#3 and #5 were my faves, but #4 was up there...I really like the TriWizard Tourny...I will be interested to see how the dragons come out on film and the lake too...Plus you get introduced to some really cool characters....Mad Eye Moody (even tho...well, you know) and Fleur and all the other kids from the other schools...plus, you really get to know Sirius in this one...grow to love him...

The Quidditch World cup will be cool to see too...the book is really involved...a lot is covered in one year! I fear that they will chop it up in the movie just because it's so long...

GoF schould be the most expensive movie ever, i hope they'll put the money into the right places...

I'm 15 pages into this book. I read 1-3 in about a months worth of time, last month and this month. I'm silly for this Potter thingie. I like how book four starts out so far at Tom Riddle's old house with Voldemort and Wormtail. Very good stuff, very nice. Very nice.
