But about the minimum age thing. Surely it should say "I am over 14 years of age", cos you can be over 13 but not yet 14. Also does the American law only hold in America, for Americans? Could a 13-year-old British kid sign in to a British site?

the server here is in texas, therefor the forum is bound to american regulations
