I Need A Vet!!!

Any vet here? because my cat is breathing hard an fast. He is unmoving on the chair, adn when I bring some cats treats close to him, HE DOES NOT REACT!!! usually, he jumps at me whenever I even open the drawer. And when I offer him some he takes my fingers with them.
And no, he is not asleep.

Anybody (vets espeacially) know what I can do while I am at home. My mother has the car and I can't do anything without it. I will bring him to th Vet as soon as possible. So I don't want to hear "you should bring him to the vet" this is serious.

I think it would be wisest to take him to a real vet

I do not have a cat, but I have three dogs and I associate very closely with our vet.

I HIGHLY suggest you at least CALL your vet immediately and inform them of the situation. They may be able to offer you some preliminary help.

Yeah, call your vet and ask what you should do....do you have a nice neighbor that can drop you off?

I would run to the vet! Trust me I have two cats and toke care of four kittens. It sounds like it has a virus that my kittens had. That is not good if it does not respond and is breathing heavily and not eating. I forgot the name of the virus... Just say it can lead to death.

Anyway please don't take my word for it just rush the cat to the hospital!

if I'm thinking of the same virus as you miss vampire, the cat has to get to the vet without 24 hours, otherwise it would be too late

Well even the flu can kill a cat. Could be poisson. Call the vet man. Call a cab to take you there,if you got no money ask the cab to wait and then ask him to take you to where your mother is so she can pay.😖

Its not the flu... It is (oh man I forgot the name)... Its very bad whatever it is.

Thanx guys. I brought him to the Vet. Turns Out he was atacked by a racoon. (i live in canada and not a city, a country town) there was no sign of bits or broken leg, (his hind right was really looking off balance). turns out his temperatur was lik 104. (he had a hell of a fever) no virus. They gave me some pills (to give the cat) and we are do back for a checkup in 2 - 3 days.
