queeq, if you came to my house and tasted my cooking, I think mayhaps you would retract that nasty little comment. I do a lot of gourmet cooking and have done complete buffets for up to 44 people. Two people have asked to me to cater their parties and one of the guys I work with wants me to be his personal chef (I bring goodies to work on holidays). My crab imperial is better than any we've had out and my neighbors order shrimp bisque and clam soup from me every Christmas. I make everything from vegetable chili to stuffed cornish hens and aspargus quiche to caramel flan. The only thing I have not yet attempted is a baked Alaska. I make my own pastry for my spinach and crab turnovers and my own dough for my homemade chicken pot pie (calm down, DD 😂 ). I've even done my own "chinese take-out" with mandarin beef and fresh vegetables, shrimp pot stickers and Dragons Breath soup. So, slow down, buckaroo...I'll help Dimmy 🙂 😂 😂
