also i think and this is for both movies ,comics, or tv series, that xavier is in fact toguetuer with mags, and he is one of the biggest mobster ever, come to think, he was a medic lost his movimentation of legs, construct a house not a house, a MANSION!!! with several meters of ultra high tech security devices, one secret department on the house sub levels, buying food , dressing, fuel, x clothing, and school not to tell money to get out for all x kids, the school and the tax over a mansion, then all goes boom, and he simply rebuild the house from scratch.
