Somehow Kingpin went from white in the comics to black in the movie, and now with the new Spider-Man cartoon King Pin is still black yet he's supposed to be white.

Its not the same character. The other Bosley was adopted by this Bosleys family, thats why they have the same name.They explain that in the movie.
