Do you guys have to leave a thread in order to see the new posts?
Like I post something and leave the thread open, if I dont exit it I won't see the new posts😮

click the refresh button or F5 and you'll see the new posts

Unfortunetly that is the way it works. This should be improving in the next version of the forum software.
