Trinity biblically refers to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. In the Bible it states that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are in fact one entity. The name they give for this is Trinity.
Merriam-Webster dictionary states this definition: Trinity - 1:the unity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit as three persons in one Godhead according to Christian dogma.
So Trinity = 3 in 1, or just the number 3 which biblically represtents completion. Neo, Morpheus, and Trinity.
Neo being Jesus the Savior
Morpheus being the Holy spirit a guide. "Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth (God), is come, he will guide you into all truth..." - John 16:13a, The Bible (parenthesis mine). "Take the red pill and I will show you just how deep the rabbit hole goes" - Morpheus, The Matrix 1999
Trinity not being God but completing the other two. I cannot find enough evidence to support Trinity as God, but to represent completion I understand. However it is an interesting idea.
