I've got three tatoo's, though I dont have any pictures of them on my pc yet.
I've a the word love in chinese (on the inside of my left ankel),
a bat (not the wooden stick type, but the one with wings) on my right shoulder blade, and a kind of indian/tribal bracelet on my upper left arm.
I got my first one when I was almost 16 my sister came with me but she didnt have to sign anything. And as for the pain, the bat I felt, it wasnt painfull but that part of my skin got warmer, the one on my ankel I didnt feel at all, and the bracelet did hurt a bit but only in the direct line to my armpit which made it feel like he was tatooing inside my armpit which was kind of odd.
