for experts who have seen EVERYTHING

When I was young I used to sneak up late and watch many films that were on late at night on TV like anyone else.

I remember seeing one and I never heard of it since, and have searched online and IMDB for what it could be with no result.

Could anyone help me id it?

I THINK it was a western of sorts.

It was a revenge type film.

A guy gets his arms cut off by the "bad guy"

He learns to kick 🙂

He wears spiked shoes and kicks the shit out of the "bay guy"

Anyone at all? Was I dreaming this? I remember it having a look similar to "good bad and the ugly" but it could be my mind playing tricks.
