Starwars-rome

I dont know if there has been a thread on this yet but has anyon else seen the parelells between the star wars movies and the history of ancient rome? There are HUGE parallels.

dont laugh at me until you think about the following statement: there are a lot of similarities between the harry potter series and star wars.

Aside from having a corrupt Republic, which is true of a LOT of places, there are not THAT many parralels.

could just as much based it on todays USA then, when it comes to corrupt senators that is 😉

you should check it out, yerssot. i read the first one when i was working a double shift and had left my book at home. i know they are for kids, bu trust me, they are very good reads.
