Dumb remark about hair style in Eps 3?

Another site about movies(can I name it?) had an article that stated - the reason for the hair style of Anakin in the recent photo, was to match the mullet style hair in the first movies.

I have seen those films and I do not remember anyone with a mullet, what in the heck are they talking about?

If it is okay to name the site, someone say so and I will name it!

they mean it has to be the '70s look, baby, yeah!

Mullets were more 80's than 70's anyhow...

before my time 😉

remember the guy who played rusty in vegas vacation? that photo looks more like him than hayden c.

Really, no one in Star Wars had a mullet, that is what is so stupid about the comment!

old thread dude, I mean I know aneekin is the spammer who bumped it, but their is no need to discuss whatever they were discussing in this old ass thread

A mullet? 🤣 😂

Seems the young ones don't know what a mullet is... Mullets NEVER existed in the 70s. The mullet was "named" in the 80s after the hairdo first sported by Ian Botham in the early 80s (then Capt of English cricket team).

In the 70s the term mullet didn't exist - though there was a "similar" style called the gypsy (short on top; short fringe; long back and sides)...

As far as I can remember neither style was worn in SW - the closest was James Earl Jone's hairdo in "Conan the Barbarian".

^ too smart.

Too bad he's not smart enough to not post in a pretty useless thread...

Didn't know that though, interesting.
