Isnt it weird....

Hey. I just watched episdode 1 and 2 and the Jedi were all in good working order and such and now i just start thinking its weird that you see all those Jedi then in ANH Yoda and OB1 are the only ones left...It makes ya think doesnt it? Where do you think the Jedi first started to go sort of downhill? I guess we will find that out in EPIII when we find out who deletated the kamino files eh? 😐

Probably has something to do with Anakin going Dark Side. The Clone army looks like Storm Troopers, so Anakin probably turns them somehow and then they kill all the Jedi. Maybe Obiwan survives because there is a tiny bit of good in Bad Ani that isn't ready to kill him when the change comes. You know, like Darth Vader has plenty of chances to kill Luke, but never actually goes through with it. It's not like Darth Vader didn't have the power to kill Luke. He was always killing off generals and such with just his mind power. It would have been easy to kill Luke that way in Star Wars, since Luke's powers weren't that strong yet. I could be wrong, tho.

Yeah but I mean how did the jedi start to decline in power. NOT when they all started to get killed. Like who was the first trader to the Jedi from episode one that really effected the Jedi?

From the point in TPM when Sidious begins his plan, The shroud of the Dark Side is falling. Thus, the decline of the Jedi.

and then maul is killed and dooku is confronted by sidious to join his side?

If the Dark Side is so powerful and Maul had the backing of the Dark Side, how was it that Maul died so easily? And how come Dark Side bad guys don't come back when they die like Force Jedi do?

Jedi don't, that's the point. That's a mystery from the original films.

And the Dark Side may be powerful but it is not ALL-powerful.

maul died because he underestimated obi wan.
