luna knows stuff. she belives alot of crazy and bizzare things, but i think that it is just some distraction her family made, b/c they really know stuff. like what's going to happen with voldemort and harry, who's going to win the war, who will live and who will die, battles to come, why everything that happened happened, and things like that. later in the 7th book, i think that she is going to really open to harry to help him with the horcrux's, and killing voldemort.

That's a good theory. I never thought about it like that...But I don't think that their family knows a lot. I do believe, though that Luna will help Harry in the end.

I agree. JKR wouldn't just put a super cool retard in there for nothing. LOL, btw I didn't mean that quite as harsh as it seems, like..not like a scary or slow person.. like.. funny kind of re- whatever.

kind of not fair that you have to be from Britian, you can't have the accent and live somewhere else. it would be kind of neat to have one of the people on here to try out. and for whoever is, i wish them lots of luck

Ya. I agree. My friend was trying to joke around that they were going all predjudice. But I shut her up because its not nice. Then we started throwing french fries at each other... I think she threw one of the French Club's BonBons too...

It annoys me when ppl say 'it's not fair'. Come on, what are you on about? It's totally fair! The charactors are british for god's sake, the books british, the films british! British British British. Sorry, it just annoys me. I mean, us brit's don't have that much- harry potter is sumthin that makes me proud - and everyone just wants to take it away cry. Lol, sorry i'm goin over the top here!
Oh yeah, something else - no one can do a british accent - it doesnt exist! Honestly, everyone has a completely different accent here. And that stereotypical british accent everyone thinks we have - yeah - its really badd - as in rubbish!

ok, so let me get this straight...all because the book was made by someone british, the actors SHOULD be British? what a lot of bull...LOTR's i bet not everyone in there is British. and Star Wars wasn't an all American cast...and their is such thing as a British accent. like their is a southern accent in the US. what do you think an accent is?

Dude. Its a ENGLISH film! You want the films to be as true to the books as possible, as long as it suits your little fantasys of playing the charctors. Whats your idea of the english accent then? Cus im english - i bet u a pint or beer that its nothing like mine!

well, i never said that i had an english accent, i am saying for those who have an English accent, but don't live anywhere near England, and an English film huh? last time i checked, Rowling never specified where each and every individual came from.
