australian movies

Hey, y'all. I just saw a preview of Garage Days, which I understand came out in Australian already but comes out in the US this weekend. Looks like oodles of fun. Anyways, I was looking for suggestions for other Australian movies to check out--anyone have any ideas???

These are a bit older, but Muriel's Wedding, Cosi, Bootmen, and Strictly Ballroom are fun. The guy dancing on the bar in Coyote Ugly stars in Bootmen. Toni Collette, the mom in Sixth Sense, is in Cosi and Muriel's Wedding.

Chopper is a great movie.It's very violent though.

Saw Priscilla, Queen of the Desert last night. Guy Pearce is quite fit in it.😉

The australian film industry is taking off. we have many new aussie movies coming out soon that look great. and i agree chopper was unreal.

LotR movie was created near Australia - in New Zeland. I think these movies are the best ✅ ✅

Eric Bana is one of the best aussies around now...great actor!
