"Yeah."

Courtney knocked on Terance's office door.

"Hi." Said Terrance then he pointed his wand at Rivendall's head. "What the hell you doing with him?"

Courtney put her hand on his wand and gently pushed it away from Rivendall. "he's trying to learn to be good. Please, he needs somewhere to sleep tonight." she smiled sweetly at Terance.

"The bed next to my deck."

Courtney hugged him and then showed Rivendall to his bed. "This is where you'll sleep. If you need anything just well find a way to contact me. do you need anything before I leave."

"I glass of water."

Courtney summoned up a glass of water and handed it to him. She smiled warmly. "Night." she said shutting the door behind her.

"Night." Rivendall siipped it then went to sleep while Courtney went to visit Artemis.

Courtney watched him. "is he going to be okay?" she asked the nurse.

"Don't know?"

Courtney looked hopeful.

Artemis was asleep.

Courtney slumped into a chair. she would find no rest that night.

Artemis stood asleep.

Courtney went to wake him.

Artemis woke. "Hi mum."

Courtney ran over and hugged him. She cried silent tears of joy.

Artemis rubbed her back.

"i'm s o glad you're all right."
