Parents of teenagers,answer me this.

my mom and stepdad aprove of getting my tongue and eyebrow pierced but they ground me when they find out about my latest tatoos. what the hell is up with that?? 😮‍💨

well the way u say "found out" i imagine u didnt ask for thier approval like u did the piercings.maybe thats why?

i didn't ask for permission to get my tongue pierced but they heard me talk. and i did ask for permission to git a tatoo but mom said no and that has never stopped me before.

Maybe they figure one day you won't wnat the piercings and will allow them to heal up, but a tatoo is harder to hide

Well I'd say its because you can take a piercing off easely (sp) but a tat needs surgery to be removed.

kids these days... when your older the piercing will look ridiculous. as far as the tat goes if your under 18 don't do it... wait. i know too many people that don't like the tats they got as a kid. they are not overly dissapointed but you get the... well ya know i was young. as a matter of fact my little bro had a eyebrow piercing and then went to college... he came back without it... anywho... piercing are part of a uniform that todays kids like to wear... usuall you hear i'm just trying to be different... different would be to have no piercings these days.... oops i rambled again... anyway i'll just shut up now

guess piercings can be removed easily while tatoos is an expesive task to remove

When you get older you probably won't want a tattoo and you can just take peircings out. That's what my parents say.

i thought bout the future before i got them and i had them all done on my back,shoulders,upper arms, and ankles. all those places are easy to cover up., trust me, i had to in order to play basketball

i edited it afer i read u go them all over your body. ive heard of people getting tats on their arms at home but never all over like that, so, i edited it cuz i knew ur friend hadnt done it or somthing.

I'd go with the others on this, you can easily remove the piercings, but without peeling yourself or getting lser treatment you cannot remove the tats.

For those at home do not try the peeling option.

so nobody is going to tell me how to spell hullcinations the right way?
