either the sith kills her, or jedi knights will kill her because she married annie. and also because of anikans mom and padmé dieing that is why he becomes DARTH VADER 😮 😮 😮 😮 😮

Remember when she dies she has to be old enough for Leia to remember her. So what, about 3, maybe 4? But the Jedi putting a hit out on her is pretty abstract.

If she doesn't die in ep. III- and there is good reason to think she does not- then she dies between trilogies.

like most people know, anikin and obie one will duel at sometime in the movie. i think a good reason would be that obie is spossed to protect her throughout the movie. at some point pademe is killed and anikin will probably place the blame on obie.

OK so here's the deal. In A New Hope Leia and Luke are 18. Episode III is 19 years before A New Hope . So this means two things; Episode III spans more than one year, and Padme has to die at least 18-16 years before A New Hope (unless George Lucas plans to contradict himself). Unless Episode III spans about 3 or 4 years, then she cannot die in the movie. If she does, I couldn't give two $#its...

Yup, as I mentioned, we have good reason to think she does not. But as this argument has been done SO much to death before, I suggest anyone who wants to read more into it checks out the back threads.

i wreckon count dooku kills her, then anakin kills dooku hence joining the dark side. since there has to be 2 sith dooku would have to die.

Maybe Obi-wan, obliged to protect Padmé because she is pregnant and anakin is showing signs of being on the dark side, maybe he hides her from anakin and he fights him because he will not tell him where she is?
