nocturne is scarlet witch and nightcrawler's daughter from another dimension. she is a second generation mutant and inherited her mother's ability to create hex bolts. but she also has her own power which allows her to possess a person and control them physically for a lunar cycle. which is why she is called nocturne, i guess.
she also has mild telepathy.
