use them in photoshop or paint... get your base, one that you like, then add the clothes and pieces on top to make a person...

i created these from scratch using the templates (the only premade part is the asian womans head and hair):

Ok the Nate is just a basic flashing like Cable's.

While Scott, well you're watching as he's about to blast you. The color is off I know. I couldn't get it to be a pure red but the effect is the same, you're about to get blasted.
