No, it's actually an official publicity shot of her, but it's definately my fave Anna pic.

Rogue got those tatoos from a mutant called Paint while she and Remy were vacationing in Valle Soleada, California in X-Treme X-Men 33. She felt naked once she didn't need to be covered up all the time cuz she temporarily lost her powers. I think that was a happy moment for her. Although, it didn't last too long.
