When can I post links?

When can I post links? I want to share some Harry Potter Blinkies I made. I didn't make the dolls that are on them and I want to link to the site where I got them. How many posts or how many days till I can post links?

You need at least 15 posts before you can post a link.

EDIT: I see it does work only after I post it, but it doesn't work in the preview. Another thing that I've noticed in the preview is that images disappear only after I try to add a hyperlink???
