Marsden was fine as cykes,just a little short.

I can see ashmore in this role, I suppose. The whole thing is going to be cool I think. Ashmore seems to be getting more chances lately. His part in earthsea should be fun to watch. A little different for him.

if ashmore plays as the supes guy he wont come back to play as iceman... i think....

He isn't a big star who gets paid millions yet, so I think he will definitely come back since he would probably want the money and the fame.

i think he will get paid a lot of money to come to superman and than he will not return as iceman.

Not as much money as you think. 😉

Remember it will MOST likely only a be a supporting role, so its not like he can play Jimmy and then retire to a huge mansion.

One role will not make his ENTIRE career, he will need several roles before he can comfortably sit down and choose which roles he wants or doesn't want. X-Men 1 and 2 are the only films of his that have hit theatres so far, he will need more than three films in theatres before Hollywood will put him in the spotlight.

YA but maybe his role in the superman movie will be like his big break and then maybe he will sign on to do another film that isnt x-men related and then he is gonna be the main actor in that film and like win an oscar.. and then he plays in even bigger films which beats titanic in american box offices.....

Maybe but none of that will stop him from coming back to do X3 because by the time Superman is released in theatres X3 will already be done filming and ready for release as well.

Not really, but its too LATE to replace him now because he has already done two films, I think replacing Storm is good enough. We don't want to end up with a Batman franchise or Mortal Kombat:Annihilation do we??
