Ishkhaqwi ai durugnul!

In the Fellowship of the Ring, (in the Extended version) Gimli says to the Elf the phrase in Khuzdul (Dwarvish): "Ishkhaqwi ai durugnul!" Does anyone know what it means?

From what I have heard, some people think it's "A curse upon the Elves and their stiff necks!"

What do you think?

Known Khuzdul is very little, but I do know the following (pertinent to this text):
ai - Upon

There is another instance in which Khuzdul is used; during the journey through Moria, when Gimli sees the tomb of Balin, he says:

“Kilmin malur ni zaram kalil ra narag. Kheled-zâram... Balin tazlifi.”

Know what this means, anyone? Because I don't, (partially). Here's what I do know:
zaram=lake
narag=black
Kheled-zaram=Glass-lake
Balin=Balin

Here is the correct translation.

gimli: Ishkhaqwi ai durugnul.

gimli: 'I spit upon your grave'

ishkhaqwi 'I spit'.

ai prep. 'upon', reduced form of aya (WR:20)

durugnul 'your grave'.
