like u enter the code in the hacking mode and the go into one of the reddish doors nd press action on the first button nd kill the people but do i have to kill a certain number of kills?

There does not seem to be an end to it. After Training 4, all that's left to do is do the endless SWAT vs. Ballards fight nearby. It remains a mystery to all of us.

You don't have the second door unlocked? You have to score over 20 on both minigames to enter the next door. Inf ammo helps.
