Final Fantasy XI: The Fantasy World

Magnus flew in beaten up pretty badly. The fight hadn't hurt him much but the 50 elves at the bottom of the building had.

Tela ran over to him. "Hikari!" she yelled. She wasn't a healer and had no particular knowledge in the healing area.

"Hikari go."

Hikari nodded " ok " she ran to Magnus " your hurt pretty bad"

Hikari raised her hands infront of him and chanted the spell " bitas mortas calos" her hands started to light up and the light went on Magnus

Nothing happened, Magnus fell backwards.

Hikari was shocked " whats going on , it should have worked " she tried again

Magnus' vision seemed to darken. Something wasn't right, something inside of him.

Hikari started to worry " Magnus , don't die" Hikari started to think " maybe a stronger one " she started to chant a stronger healing spell " encutas portas imperas" the light was stronger and it flew into Magnus

Magnus was once again in the clouds. where was this place? "Gaia..." Came a voice from behind him " That is what you wanted to know isn't it. What this place is. It is the legendary Gaia, you see you have some sort of attachment to this place. Now if someone was to get in here and destroy this place it would send the fantasy and the human worlds into destruction. You are a guardian of Gaia as am I..." Malas stepped out. "Why are you telling me this?" Magnus asked him. "You saved my life, now I am giving you the chance to save everyone elses. My master wishes to destroy Gaia, I thought I could stop him but his power was too strong he got me onto his side. Magnus you must stop him. You and your friends are the only ones who can." and with that he disappeared.

"Magnus , wake up " Hikari held him close

Magnus' eyes opened, he jumped back "Who are you?" Then he looked at himself, "Who am I?"

Hikari was confused "Magnus , whats wrong with u , its me Hikari" Hikari went closer to him

Magnus blinkec "I don't remem..." He turned and ran outside and into a forest.

"Magnus , come back" Hikari ran after him

Magnus ran, why couldn't he remember. Various things rushed through his head. A wife, kids, a man, a fight, mog, chocobos, pheonix, angels. what did all this mean?

Hikari ran and caught up Magnus , she wraped her arms around him to stop him " Magnus , whats wrong with u"

Magnus struggled, "Let go." His wings suddenly shot out causing Hikari to fall back. Magnus continued to run

"Magnus, come back " Hikar got up and ran after him again , then she decided to cast a hold spell " Mucha salo flera" a green light shot out of her hand and wraped around Maguns

Magnus tripped over his head splashing in a puddle. It reflected the cloud filled sky. Looking at it he remembered something "G...a..ia?"
