Vash and Knives withdrew their swords "There's another..." said Vash remembering the first time he met Tela, when Zeus handed in the sword to her.

"I know... Now why do you have Elvons body?" asked Vash

Tela blinked as she came up. She had seen Varin pull the mask off. "You work for Altar, Elvon?" she asked confused.

"I wouldnt be surprised..." muttered Vash

Tela gracefully waded towards everyone else. Her long hair had fallen free from it's many braids and clung to her back as she stepped onto solid ground. She gently put a hand on vash's chest turning so only he could see her face.

"that moron is most likely in your pendant i just took his body it was me all along after his death" varin said

Vash admired Tela's beauty but then shook off a little "So what do you want with the pendant?" asked Vash

Tela turn furious. "Do not call a prince(king?) of Elves a moron. He is a greater person than you will ever be. I will not let you have my pendant. It's got to much emotional attacment and it contains Elvon's soul."

"Wait, after he was dead and you came back as him, does that mean you were the one trying to convince my father to apporve of you asking me to marry you?"

"Im confused..." said Vash putting his sword on his shoulder.

Tela turned to Vash. Her hand cupped his cheek gently as she looked into his eyes. "When Knives was telling you and me of my Ada's problems, 'elvon' was inside asking aout why he didn't approve of our engageme nt then said he was elven and a prince and all this other flattery stuff."

"well you uh see" varin said blushing "i want that pendant to make the soul blade" varin said

Tela shook her head. "I am sorry. I can not allow you to. You would have to do it when I am bound to the point of not moving. This pendant means more than life itself to me." Her grey eyes shone with earnestness as she fingered the pendant reverently.

"well then..." varin siad jumping at tela lashing out

Tela's eyes widened as he caught her in the face. "I will not let you have it." she said even though she was bleeding from where Varin hit her. "It will shock you, urn you, or even eat your skin away if you try to take it without my permission."

Vash suddenly got in front of Tela, and put his sword into battle possision. "Plus, you'll have to get throu me!" said Vash

Tela put her hand on Vash's shoulder. "No, this is between me and him I can not risk you again." she said.
