"Promise me you will never do anything like that again." she said kissing his neck.

"...Fine" he answered.

Tela smiled before kissing him deeply.

Vash kissed back again as he played with her hair again.

Tela pulled back.. Smiling as he played with her hair.

Vash diidn't know if he could keep the promise... He knew that more dangerous will be awaiting them soon...

Tela Took Vash's other hand and kissed it.

Vash also remembered Dominior's shoulder wound from the arrow, he wondered if he was ok.

Tela smiled. "what's wrong?" she asked softly as she kissed his brow.

Culnamo sat o the couch with her husband. She was tending to his shoulder.

"Nothing, just thinking how I screwed up... I mean I caused more trouble..." answered Vash turning over to face Tela.

Tela shook her head. "No, luv, you didn't." she said. "If it weren't for you, my mother would still be a spirit and we wouldn't be able to hug each other or anything. You're my hero." it came out in a low whisper.

"I guess your right..." said Vash as he hugged Tela.

Tela smiled and hugged back until she heard a familiar cryig. "o rest for the weary."

"I got it Tela!" Turi called from the twins room.

"Oh hell what kind of a father am I! I forgot about the twins1' said Vash as he stode up.

tela groaned. "Vash, you should rest." Tela said standing. "I'll get them."

"Are you sure?" asked Vash.

Tela odded. "Of course." she said already at the door.

"Thanks" said Vash gratefully as he flopped down on the bed again.

Tela walked into the twis room and picked AMora up sice Turi had Lan. Tela smiled at her brother as they sang the twins back to sleep.

Vash tried to sleep, but like alwauys he couldn't, he waited until Tela came back.
