Final Fantasy XI: The Fantasy World

Minsc smiles, his hand getting closer to hers when all of sudden Mai kicked him in the shin " BIG MEANIE!!!". He growled in pain and held his foot and bounced a bit " YOU LIL BRAT!!!"

Cal sighed in relief. He ran to get to Mai and Tela.

Tela stood up. With closed eyes, she still reached towards Minsc as she began to move closer.

Mai saw what Tela was doing and try to stop her by pushing her away "Aunty Tela...NO!!!" Minsc just smiled, holding his hand " yes, come back to me my love...". Joseph soon began to come to, he sat up and rubbed his blind eyes a lil "..wh-where am I..."

Tela grunted. She still reached out for Minsc, but she didn't move. Instead she was looking at Mai. "What's going on?"

Cal got in between Tela and Minsc. "Mai's trying to save you."

"Cal? How? I thought you were. . ."

Esgal helped Joseph up. "You're here among old friends, but Tela needs our help."

Minsc grew tired of this and began to slash out at them. But heard the sound of Minsc beginning to slash and he used his powers to lift Minsc up in the air and held him in place " you will not do such a thing..."

Tela's arm fell and so did her body. Cal caught her before she hit the ground.

"Thank you." Esgal tells Joseph.

Joseph grew into a rage, having being controlled and almost having his friends hurt. His powers grew stronger and stronger, soon the grass around his feet started to burst into flames. He soon made Minsc body bend in directions it shouldn't.

Cal nor Esgal made any moves to save Minsc. Instead they just watched with a sad smile.

Minsc's body dropped to the ground, appearing dead. Joseph fell to his knees, breathing rather hard from all the power he used. "...I...I was angry......"

Tela ran towards the blind angel. "Joseph." she whispered kneeling beside him. "Are you okay?"

Joseph nodded "...i'll be ok...." he stood and sighed. He was happy he was finally free, but not that he had killed someone. Mai on the other handed started to skip around happly and went towards Tela " where have u been aunty Tela?"

Tela sighed ib relief. "That's great news Joseph." she says hugging him. She turns to Mai and smiles. "Trying to get rid of a bad guy."

Mai pouted " aww, I wanted to get rid of a bad guy toooo.....". Joseph just smirked at that. He picked up one of the broken bone wings that Minsc pulled out and started using it as a cane, trying to find his way back home.

"Do you need help, Joseph?" Tela asked feeling this was all her fault.

Joseph smiled at Tela " its alright.....I think I can manage" Mai started to run around Joseph happily, singing a lil lullaby. Joseph thought that he needs more training to controll his powers.

Tela smiled. "Mai, be careful." she calls out as she watches Joseph leave. Turning to Elvon she shook her head. "One is still alive."

"and who's the one that's left?" elvon asked confused

Cal and Esgal looked at each other. "Ulrich." the all said in unison.
