Well when ya upload it what does it say after you hit the ok button? Does a message that says somethin' like: Size is too big

no it says upload was succesful and it shows the new pic, i copy and paste the img thing and hit submit modifications but then i still have the same pic

Did ya make sure to copy the [img] things too?

yep, and when i upload the different one it uses the same address as the last one
