It can be the one you made,or it can be still valid if someone made it for you.the person above you is the person you rate.the same as my:Avatar rate.So you know how it goese!

I give DBZ a 4/10 because I don't like DBZ but its still cool
I give Godshinto a 7/10 because it just looks tight
I give Dexx a 5/10 because its cool, but not very original
I give myself a 10/10 because I absolutely love the pretty pink Dragonfly font
