the original point of a honeymoon (dating way back to BC times) was that the best man would keep the guests entertained while the grrom took the bride off to a secluded place, and they wouldn't return until she was pregnant!! and it was called honeymoon because the Honey Moon was the most fertile time for men and women! (not sure when it is - Harvest moon is autumn, so i assume Honey Moon was spring)
