My vote is for Thor or Sentry

On earth in the long run im saying HULK to. Unless you know of a way to kill him? Coz he will keep coming and coming.

Silver surfer

I do think the Silver surfer could bet the Hulk, But i did not think he was included as he is not from earth.
If i was including everything and everyone then i would agree with En sabah nur x and say

in the new hulk movie:

That a lie Thor or silver surfer is the strongest superhero thor can knock the bullhonky out of franklin richard with his hammer (no1 can lift up his hammer besides the hulk he tried put he could only lift it up a little but he threw it like it was shotput thor is really strong and wow franklin richard has the same power as phoenix( Pro X, wolverine, superman, silver surfer, Thor, wonderman can knock out the snickernoodles out of phoenix

hulk is not the strongest its thor(on earth its thor but out of the whole superheros it silver surfer and thor they're equally match.
