How does Mace Windu Die?

What happens to Mace Windu in Episode 3?
Mace Windu confronts Palpatine in Episode 3. Palpatine unleashes Force lightning on Mace Windu and Palpatine then asks Anakin to finish Windu off. Anakin betrays the Jedi and slays Mace Windu.

why did someone vote for boba fett in the polls. Boba fett is not in the movie so whats the point. he gets killed by Anakin

Yes, Sidious does fight Mace, Anakin stares and watches at first not sure who's side he should take, then Anakin steps in and goes at it with Mace.

i think anakin will figgth sidious and then figth windu(woulnt that be cool)

Anakin does not, however, have to be the one to necessarily deliver the final blow;

I'll explain: as SMX said, then eventually Anakin , in his confused state would strike at Mace once , render him disabled , and Sidious would then finish him off.

Hey guys, I've finally returned back since I made this thread and I didn'nt know it would stay alive until the first teaser would come out, maybe now I can answer the question.

i think when we see sidious with a liightsaber in the trailer he is striking down windu

casue if you watch the trailer and see mace he is fighting somone with a red saber.

mabey anakin fights him then sidious finishes him off 😮‍💨

Hmm...ok, that makes sense also. Thought I read somewhere that Nick Gallard had Hayden and Samuel rehearsing a duel, but maybe it was just one small part.

It seems like Mace Windu might die by the lighstaber of Darth Sidious. If you watch the teaser closely Mace seems to fighting with someone with a red lightsaber and the only person left with one of those is Sidious. I know that General Griveous doesn't have red lightsabers from the Clone Wars cartoons. Also in Mace's background you can see Chancellor Palpatine's quarter which means that only one person can be there to fight him.

Hey it's possible that Windu figured out Sidious before he wanted to and had to take care of him personally. It's possible. Poor Windu. I would have loved to seen him in a double duel against Sidious but Yoda VS Sidious sound awesome. THE BEST OF THE BEST.

i think the reason GG has no red sabres is because he is used to collect Jedi sabres after he slays them down.

if he has a red sabre it would mean that he slayed a sith

After the clone wars Mace got the hickup's for 3 years he couldnt take it anymore and he jumps out the window.

somewhere i read that "Mace is a pivotol point in Anakin's turning to the dark side". i'm guessing this means anakin will kill mace, although in the trailer it looks like mace is fighting palps, and theres no way mace will beat palps. maybe he takes on anakin and palps at the same time..?
