people who live in the usa and get mad when you dont speak their language.depends on where they are when it happens, but it sound very much like the french that live in my town here in western Norway.(The oil center of the Northern Europe) They look down on us cause the majority dont speak french, but thats ok we look down on them cause they are french so....
it bugs me when people dont speak english when they live in america, where the official language is english. they should at least have the common courtesy to learn the language of the country they live in(the exception is when they live in a certain part of the town that is generally populate by a different race of people, little tokeo for example). when they dont speak english then i have to treat them like a deaf person and just point at things and hope theyr get it.
