How the **** do lava lamps work

ok i have been lookin at my lava lamp everytime i go online and it is just a ****in mystery to me how they work can ne one help me out and tell me how they work cause it is crazy to just see em do that when u turn em on kinda funny i am askin a gay thread i do admit but i have just been meaning to get around to askin

Ok this is what happens the clear liquid is probably just water but the other stuff has kind of a syrup consistence when it gets heated by the light it raises then rapidly cools down and sinks. I don’t know the Physics behind something like this but that’s why it happiness heat makes it rise then it cools and falls back down

just for clearification the clear liquid is Oil and the stuff that float is a type of parafin.

Yes it's like god no one really knows how it works we spend money to praise it and when your high you seem to discuss it alot. And if you try to destroy it, the lamp will scold you at over 100 degreese Farenhite
