What planet's style is that? If it's a ship, that would be Republic colours, I guess.

Couldn't they be the Cloning facilities, the tubes where they grow them?

it seems a bit elaborate for a cloning tube, but given the gradure of the epic itself, that may actually be an accurate assessment.

I think they could be a cool cloning facility, with doors sliding upwards revealing the finsihed clone. It also seems to fit the colour and style befitting a rock planet.

It looks that bit too Baroque (hope that means what I think it does...) for a ship of any kind, the spiky bits suggest the arena to me.
