Day two and I'm still smoke free. It's a good thing too, because my boss made me give her a ride to pick up her car that was being worked on. Had I smoked on my way to work like I used to, she would have smelt it and I would've been up sh!t creek. Today has definately been easier than yesterday since I have work to keep me occupied. Still, I'm grinding my teeth right now.
hey GOOD LUCK HIKER! i quit last year so i know what its like. I loved smoking a ciggarette i diddnt want to quit but then i realized i was 19 icouldnt run and felt like i was like 30 so i quit cold turkey and after the first month i diddnt want another one i mean ever ounce in a while after a hearty meal il start aching for one, but then i just remember all the smoke in my face, the hardest thing for me was the habit not the nicotine itself, youll be proud of yourself after a month or so and feel alot better , and there like 5 dollars a pck now who can afford it any way good luck though
