How do u get the Icon things????????

ok, i just started going on this site so i dont know alot so could somone plz tell me how to get like the icons that u see under your user name??? becasue i have no clue...lol thnx-

You go to profile,then edit options, and its at the bottom of the page. I forgot the word for them, but it starts wiht an A.
